Shipping Policy
We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.
If you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here.
If you did not add Route to your order, you may not be eligible for shipping insurance.

Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Launches, sales & end-of-giveaway purchases may add time.
Carriers: Canada Post, UPS, and others from Calgary, Alberta.
Rates: Calculated at checkout. Tracking is provided on shipment.
Estimated transit times (not guaranteed):
• Canada: 2–8 business days
• USA: 4–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days
Duties/Taxes: International orders may incur duties, taxes, and brokerage fees—customer’s responsibility.
Address issues & returns to sender: If a parcel is returned as undeliverable or refused, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
Lost/ damaged in transit: Risk passes to the customer once scanned by the carrier. Please file a claim with the carrier; we’ll assist where possible.
