Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day exchange window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a size exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn/unused, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging—and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for shipping both ways (sending the original item back to us and the shipment of the replacement size). We can provide a prepaid label upon request and deduct the label cost from your exchange; otherwise, you may arrange your own trackable shipping. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact shop@cerberuscollective.com within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If we’re at fault, we’ll cover shipping and send a replacement once verified.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Final-sale/clearance items, gift cards, headwear/underwear, and personalized/custom items are not eligible for exchange. We don’t accept returns of hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges for a different size of the same item are the only remedy offered, except where required by law.
