Contest Rules

 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

VALID ONLY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

By entering this Promotion, you agree to these Official Rules, which form a binding contract. Please read carefully, as they include important terms such as mandatory arbitration, limitations of liability, and waiver of certain legal rights.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Cerberus Collective Giveaway #2 (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who:

  • Are licensed drivers with a valid driver’s license.

  • Are of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (18 in most U.S. states and Canada, 19 in AL, NE, BC, NB, NL, NT, NS, NU, YT, and 21 in MS).

Ineligible Participants:

  • Employees, officers, and directors of Cerberus Auto Styling, affiliates, subsidiaries, and promotional partners.

  • Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent) and household members of the above.

Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec, and where prohibited.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 12:01 AM Mountain Time (MT) on January 1st, 2025, and ends after all eligible entries are received or as otherwise announced on Cerberus Collective’s website and social media channels. Sponsor’s computer serves as the official time-keeping device.

3. HOW TO ENTER

A. Online Purchase Entry

Eligible entrants will receive entries for purchases made on www.cerberuscollective.com  during the Promotion Period:

  • Entry values will be associated with each individual product purchase as listed on the website

  • Customers can track the amount of entries awarded with purchase by creating a unique customer account using the email associated with purchase at www.cerberuscollective.com

Important Notes:

  • Returned purchases invalidate associated entries.

  • No entry limit applies to purchase-based entries.

  • Purchases must include explicit consent to participate.

B. Joining Mailing List

To enter without purchase:

  1. Customers will receive a one-time entry for joining the Cerberus Collective mailing list. Registration can be found at https://www.cerberuscollective.com/apps/loyalty

Rules for Mailing List Entries:

  • Limit one entry per customer.

  • No reproduced entries.

  • Must be entered by the contest end date and remain subscribed before the drawing.

4. RANDOM DRAWING AND ODDS

A random drawing to select one (1) winner will be conducted after the Promotion Period ends. The drawing will include all eligible entries (purchase and mail-in). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

The potential winner will be contacted by email and/or phone. To claim the prize, the winner must:

  1. Complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Prize Acceptance Form.

  2. Provide a valid driver’s license and required tax forms (e.g., IRS W-9 or W-8BEN).

  3. For Canadian residents: Correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question.

Failure to comply within three (3) days of notification will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6. PRIZE

Grand Prize: One (1) customized pre-owned truck with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $150,000 USD.

Additional Details:

  • Winner is responsible for taxes, licensing, insurance, and transport costs.

  • Prize must be claimed at the Sponsor’s location within 30 days of notification.

  • No prize substitutions, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants release Cerberus Auto Styling and its affiliates from liability related to participation or prize acceptance. Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, or misdirected entries.

  • Technical issues affecting participation.

  • Cancellations or delays outside Sponsor’s control (e.g., acts of God, natural disasters).

8. PUBLICITY CONSENT

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes by the Sponsor without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected is used solely for contest administration and is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.cerberuscollective.com

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

A. Governing Law

The Promotion is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

B. Mandatory Arbitration

Disputes must be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Calgary, Alberta. Entrants waive the right to bring claims as part of class actions.

C. Severability

If any provision of these rules is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
