Winner's Story

Henry was hanging curtain poles with his wife when the phone rang. He'd bought a t-shirt and entered our very first giveaway — a fully restored 1977 Chevy square body — and now Chris was on the line telling him it was his. "We were jumping up and down," he said. "Blown away."

At the shop, Henry brought the whole family for the reveal. The cover came off to gasps at the satin turquoise chrome finish — "This color is amazing. This is unreal" — and the kids' first question said it all: "Can we take it to school?" Underglow lighting under every arch sealed the deal before they drove it home together.

One t-shirt, one entry, one restored classic in the driveway. That's how CCG1 ended — and it's been the blueprint ever since.
